Notes Philemon came to New England on the "Increase" in 1635. He was a linen weaver who died in Hampton (New Hampshire) of injuries a month after being struck by a falling tree, possibly in Ipswich (New Hampshire).113

Philemon Dalton was one of the fifteen persons to whom Hampton was granted. He came here (Hampton) with his brother Timothy in 1638.113
